• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and contribution on the platform. kk32 reserves the right to change or update VIP benefits at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless kk32 makes a special decision under exceptional circumstances.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded or different conditions will apply in accordance with kk32's own rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kk32 reserves the right to cancel any bets accepted at those odds.
